Getting From “A” to “B” is Easy, Right?

We often hear from our clients that the planning process is simple: going from A to B to C, right? It may seem so, until you actually do it.

The process, which is defined by law, is indeed a straight line. Once you involve the various parties having an interest, it gets much more complicated. Then add in human nature and perhaps egos and it becomes much more complicated.

So, while Premier Ford wants to supply 1.5 million homes over the next 10 years, the law and process must still be followed. Since these changes continue to unfold (starting in fall 2022), many planners (public & private sectors) are having difficulty keeping up. This leads to confusion and even conflict when following the process. The result = More complications, leading to delays.

Confused yet? We understand. We are too.

LandPro's professionals navigate the process, finding the fastest and easy way forward. This often involves negotiating through conflict or confusion to keep things moving. This all takes time which involves money. Remember, when you have a legal issue, you call your lawyer. When you want a new home, you call a builder. Logically, when you want city permission on something, you need to call a planner.

LandPro specializes in navigating the planning process and, where confusion or barriers exist, negotiating a practical solution to get you from A to B to C as fast as possible.

Remember "Changing your world is possible. We do it all the time"

Today, you may hire LandPro based on my professional reputation. Indeed being a planner for over 25 years provides some experience you may benefit from. Today, my team has been carefully built to leverage that experience to do more and better work. More often, my team comes up with new solutions that solve your land problems in creative ways that I didn't consider. This shows that WE offer added value to you.

Each team member is a planner with their own skills and interests. We have the strategist, the politician, the communicator, visualizer, negotiator and the technician. Each member brings clarity of thought, logic and a desire to answer "Why?". Individually each member is strong. Together, we are a force. We share ideas, celebrate success, learn from failure. We ARE LandPro Planning Solutions!

WE not ME worked for years. Then business grew faster than ME could work on it. My business grew organically initially, then morphed into planned based on my vision. ME was no longer possible, so WE became the focus. Today, ME is not an option as We has become our way. WE rely on each other to ask questions, solve problems, interpret the rules, vent our frustrations on, support each other during challenging personal times and share in the celebrations of each member's triumphs. It continues to amaze me how much my team has gelled and grown!

I am proud of LandPro's growth. I am prouder of the team we have become. I am proudest of the improved performance and capacity we offer existing and new clients!

LandPro specializes in using a team approach to navigating and negotiating for your successful project. Our goal is to add value to your project.
