LandPro is a leading land planning consulting firm based in Ontario, Canada. Our service focuses on Niagara Region, Haldimand and Norfolk Counties, while we do work for our highly valued clients across Ontario.
Our team of specialized and like-minded planners and designers offer more than 30 years of experience in the areas of land development/planning, design & drafting, development strategy and project management.
We work with land owners, institutional investors, developers and business owners to navigate towards a solution for their land use problems, while negotiating with municipalities to reach their goals in a positive and stress-free manner.

Good Planning Requires Public Input
We believe that good planning requires hearing from the affected communities through engagement.
This includes residents who live in the area and those with a stake in the project. We regularly represent our clients at open houses and public meetings before Committee and/or Council. If you’re a little shy speaking in public, we do the talking for you. If you’re used to speaking in public, we work with you to ensure all technical questions are answered. In the end, our role is YOUR choice!

It begins with a free phone call or meeting, where we listen to your story to help understand your vision, needs and goals. Once we determine that we can provide you with the services you need, we will respond with a customized plan, that begins with a phased work plan and estimated budget.
