We prefer to work on unique often smaller projects that include multi-residential, commercial and industrial development.
Many of our competitors, by contrast prefer larger developments, including suburban subdivisions and large scale condominium towers, eschewing the smaller projects. We are completing several subdivisions for existing clients and love to do this work. We just don’t target this market.
Beyond our project focus, our strength is problem solving and negotiation towards effective and practical solutions for our clients. This starts with a clear understanding of your project, through a written estimate, right through to visual presentations to Committee and/or Council to demonstrate the merits of your project.
